Nope, Wasn't Ready

No, I didn't feel ready.

I jotted my notes 10 minutes before I had to give my 45 minute presentation.

I did it.

I WAS NOT READY though.

I don't think anyone knew it though and if I had told them they wouldn't have believed me anyway.

It felt like I was in college again.

Funny thing - I always got A's on the speeches that I wrote at the last minute.

The next day I received these...

The card said "Breathe!"

I CRIED.

I HATE when I cry.

But they also made me HAPPY.

They were from a colleague that knew I needed a smile.

They are still making me smile.
